A little mind-chatter, but overall a calming meditation.

I feel so positive and relaxed after this ceremony, and it was such a blessing to end my day.

A lovely meditation to end my day, although some mind-chatter. I feel really good and clear-minded now though.

It was a really deep medtiation, especially from Trevo Cumaru. A blessing, although some mild mind-chatter.

An excellent ceremony to end my day and a true blessing.

Despite a disturbance, it was such a deep meditation from Alfavaca da Mata. So relaxed.

The room had a temperature of 13.5°C and I smudged it with rosemary and white sage along with 6 insense sticks. I haven't had Pau Mulata in a while, but it was a little mild. Samauma was, as always, very deep, and this was a wonderful ceremony to end my weekend. What a blessing. (I used insense from Japan, which is supposed to be one of the best in the world.)

The room had a temperature of 22.5°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. It was kind of meant to be a milder meditation, but both rapés were surprisingly milder than I remember them. Oh well, I feel good, and so positive.

The room had a temperature of 23.5°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. It was a pleasant meditation and I went quite deep. Very relaxing, but nothing too special.

Good blends, bringing a nice peace, but somewhat mild overall. There's been some disruptive energies of late.

Again, a little bit of a jittery mind. It's just generally a very peaceful and bright day anyway, so I'm so calm.

It's been a long time since I've had Pau Mulata. Still a little bit mild, but nice and peaceful. A good meditation overall.

It was a lovely meditation, but somehow lacking a little bit. Just a busy day I suppose and a bit stressed, but all is good, and I'm very optimistic.

Pau Mulata was relaxing, but Corda Tsunu was truly profound and very loving. I had a lovely meditation. Some mind-chatter, but not too much, and I feel really good!

It was a rather mild meditation, but I anticipated that and took steps to do things like try to take shorter and more breaths to slow the rush of deep breathing. It worked somewhat. It actually wasn't bad, and I feel nice and peaceful now!

Another strange ceremony, with some odd energies abounding today, maybe with the full moon. A little bit subtle, in spite of the quantities, but relaxing. I'm so happy to be a psychonaut!

I don't know about the left nostril combination of Portal and Warrior+. It brought about a somewhat deep meditative feeling, but was a little heavy. Nevertheless nice. I need to experiment more with Pau Mulata, as its a very good rapé, bringing deep love and hope.

Connection was surprisingly mild for this time in the morning, but brought about an underlying peace, which was nice. Pau Mulata was also a little mild (I could have done a little more), but it was a really pleasant ceremony that brought peace and love.

I can't ever remember trying Ascend as an early morning rapé, but it brought about intense peace and cleared my mind. Pau Mulata is already lovely at this time, bringing love and hope. I had some trouble feeling my chakras, but it was a very pleasant ceremony.

The left nostril combination was mild, but the Putanny brought peace. I had a little mind-chatter, but it was fine.

A little bit of mind-chatter interrupted this one, but the Pau Mulata is a really great rapé, bringing a loving meditation.

The room had a temperature of 16.5°C and I smudged it with rosemary. I tried one of my new batch of Putanny, which appears darker than the revious batch of it. It brought about a very profound sense of absolute peace (maybe it should be classed as a different rapé?). This left the Pau Mulata a little mild, but still I had an excellent ceremony.

It's a shame about the severe interruption to the meditation, as otherwise this would have been a truly amazing ceremony, but I continued the meditation through, and Pau Mulata is amazing and brings a lasting meditation full of love and peace.

On 27/01/2021, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a moderate amount of Kuntanawa: Corda Tsunu, and in the right nostril, a standard amount of Yawanawa: Pau Mulata. The room had a temperature of 18.0°C and I smudged it with Spirit Walker Sage Smudge Purification Spray. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "✧QUANTUM JUMPING BECOME THE MASTER OF YOUR UNIVERSE✧Self Realize| Isochronic Tones Meditation Theta".

I tried two of my new rapés, Corda Tsunu and Pau Mulata. Both are incredible, although both are definitely right nostril rapés, and the second was a little bit subdied by the first. I had trouble activating my chakras, but it almost didn't matter, as the first gave me a sense of complete peace I rarely feel. Corda Tsunu is almost zesty and mild going doing, but very profound - perfect!
